What are your office hours?
Monday –Thursday 8 AM-6PM, Friday 8 AM-2 PM
What happens at my first appointment?
Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign some paperwork and so that we may scan your ID and insurance cards. The Doctors spend an hour with you. During this visit, they get to know you and figure out what you are looking for. They may do an exam, they will look at your complete health history and determine what tests they may need to order.
You might have your blood drawn at this visit. If it is in the morning, you should be fasting for 12 hours. Water is acceptable.
Three weeks later we see you back for your follow up appointment. At this appointment, you and your Doctor will review your labs where they will explain in detail their findings. You will then work together to come up with a plan of care which may include medicines, referrals, supplements, alternative therapies, dietary and lifestyle changes. Following your hour appointment with the Doctor, you will see Dr. Panattoni. This visit lasts half an hour. Dr. Panattoni will help you to figure out how to better implement any necessary changes in your daily life, what your support system is, what barriers you might have and how we can better help you heal and be successful.
What should I expect at my first Chiropractic appointment?
The doctor will review your paperwork, explain what they will be doing and hope to achieve with the treatment. They may send you for X-rays if they feel that it is necessary.
Can I use the doctors here as my PCP?
Unfortunately, no. We focus on finding the root cause and don’t have the availability to schedule sick visits. However, some patients do not have a PCP and choose to see one of our Doctors instead. If this is the case, you will need to visit an Urgent Care since we do not have evening or weekend hours.
Do you take insurance?
We do not take insurance. You can submit the financial history with the procedure code and diagnosis codes to your insurance company. We are happy to help you with this.
The Chiropractors do participate with Medicare strictly for Chiropractic manipulations. Dr. Regina Smith see Medicare patients.
How do I pay for my visit?
We accept cash, check, and credit cards.
What kind of lab testing do you do?
We do blood, urine, and stool testing. We also use speciality labs for other conditions such as Lyme, Multiple Sclerosis, PANS, and PANDAS.
My insurance only allows for certain labs. What do I do?
We submit most labs to Quest Diagnostics when drawn in our office. We can also give you a script to go somewhere else to have it drawn. If you are uninsured or private pay, we have discounted prices through Quest and are happy to help you figure this out. It is extremely helpful in offsetting the high cost of blood work.
What should I expect from my first HBOT treatment?
You can expect improvement with oxygen supply, brain calming, and mental focus.

Of all of the supplement companies that are out there, we picked a few that we feel have the highest quality and impact on patient recovery and health. There is a lot of pirating that goes on and we can’t guarantee the quality. The supplements you get here are physician grade and we take the products ourselves and also visit the facilities. We also have our own quality control measures in place.
